It occurs to me that if CytoDyn applies for approval in one or more countries that don't have adequate access remdesivir, one or more of those countries might approve leronlimab on that basis alone.

Ironically, they'd be getting the vastly superior therapy if they approved leronlimab.

So the leverage that Mexico briefly represented might be easily replaced by another country. Of course, it would need to be a country that doesn't entirely take its cues from the US FDA's actions.
