Albert, I think hylander comprehends correctly. What have they told us to comprehend? They are leaving us to make investment decisions based on our assumptions. Companies are supposed to inform their shareholders what is going on. The board of directors are fiduciaries to the shareholder value. If bad decisions keep getting made, management changes need to be done or the board can be held liable.
You make a big statement here “Can you comprehend that there is likely a reason that those S-1's are not in effect?” What is the reason? As shareholders, we should be updated why an S1 that typically takes 2-4 weeks per the SEC letter to a poster here, is taking 5-6 months so far. Why?
