Last 2 agreements? One agreement is with a questionable group that has been sued for short selling and causing a drop in share price just to make a profit.
The history of making questionable deals is out there. If Joe was going to do this in the first place, why didn't he just go ahead and tap into the 70 million or whatever he already had instead of going with this group?
