Can someone please tell me how many of these screwups does Joe have to make before some big shareholder says enough?
Sheeze, now almost another million shares being given to fixed another mess to close out a lawsuit?

Yes, it clears up the lawsuit with Illiad but man, another dumping of shares will be coming up, unless I am missing something here.
One bad deal after another from Joe and Management and it seems they just keep coming.
Sorry, I am venting here, but these just do not seem to end. And I know, these probably need to be done to get the S-1 approved by the SEC, but they never should have happened in the first place if Joe would have done everything right.
