Cenicriviroc is another small molecule inhibitor of CCR2 and CCR5 (same class as maraviroc). Not quite a direct competitor to leronlimab, as the non-selective inhibition of CCR5 has significant side effects. I believe it also is not effective in the same fashion as leronlimab in immune restoration.
