I would love to see a "delay" of the MM results, because as long as we are on OTC it would be a pity. Market makers would anyway naked short the hell out of it as soon as it reaches some new highs. So there would be a risk of a recently halfed SP before uplisting. In my opinion an absolute waste.
The best would be first MM results and shortly after uplisting (max. 1 or 2 days).
