Here are the 2 important timelines:
1. 10 K to be submitted by August 17th - That was clearly stated on call
2. M/M analysis to be done in "10 days or so" - My interpretation of that was 10 business days, so target August 14th, or possibly the 17th.
My hope is they drop the news when they have it locked down tightly. The shorts have left the building for the moment as demonstrated by the low volume the past few days. There is no need to rush as the SP continues very strong support around 4.5, so just get the information written up solidly even if that takes another week.
