You are definitely kidding yourself if you think BP plays on a level playing field. Nothing changes until we have something approved AND selling. This latest delay from the FDA for HIV is a setback.
Understand, they can't even advertise until at least 6 months after approval which, at the very least, will be 6 months AFTER the FDA reviews the revised filing. That could take another month or two. And that won't happen until CYDY resubmits. When will they resubmit the BLA?
FDA is infested w/ Big Pharma. NEVER assume underfunded, off the radar companies are playing on a level playing field. You're only kidding yourself.
It's the biggest reason I favor a buyout with a CVR.
