Forgive my repetition, but I think we have to embrace the possibility that Dr.NP's use of the word "parameter" is based on the syntax used to draft the protocol -- and that he is not referring to a Secondary Outcome Measure.

For example, one of the Secondary Outcome Measures is NEWS2:

And the syntax used to describe NEWS2 in the protocol is:

So, I believe it is possible that Dr.NP is claiming we achieved statistical significance in only one of the following "parameters":
