While I understand the rationale for raising some capital, I also understand the retail investors growing very uneasy. We’ve seen numerous times of how deadly these transactions are to the stock. 1, because it’s overly dilutive and 2, if certain terms aren’t met lawsuits emerge that cause ancillary issues. Unfortunately that’s still an issue with Three Brothers Trading. But of course if Generex is investing into telemedicine they need capital to even get started.
