An independent valuation by MNP LLP valued SBFM at $977 million to $1,133 million. Covid-19 patent is not even priced into the valuation, imo. BTW the MNP LLP has done valuation for more than 3,000 companies in Canada and the United States over the years.

MNP LLP is one of the largest account firms in all of Canada.
