Yes, thriftycents -- and as you were suggesting, if leron can preclude the disastrous-but-not-fatal sequelae that seem to be hitting half of the m/m patients who 'recover', it will be unstoppable. This could happen either as a result of early intervention with leron, or continuing administration at home after release from hospital. I hope somehow we can address this possibility in longer-term observational trials..
