John sound like a self motivated operator. This is just what we need to keep these wells pumping oil. An operator is the most important link in the chain after the well is in production. If you get a BS artist we are in trouble. If you get someone that takes pride in doing a good job and bringing production to market and just quite don't understand what the word quit means, we will be productive when TECO gives them a well.
