I can't help but think this financing 8-k just slowed up the SEC's review of the Generex S-1. If so, that sucks and makes me think I've wasted my time hounding the SEC.
Generex could easily add a feature to the web site for investors to add their name to an email list to be contacted should the company want to raise funds. Of course, dealing with numerous investors vs one entity probably creates logistical issues GNBT isn't currently set up to deal with. CYDY managed to make it work. Maybe we need a new CFO.
