I am new to the forum, from Italy, even though I have been following you for a long time and have been a shareholder for almost 10 years ..
Unfortunately, Moscato's credibility is zero. He said he wanted to list Ngio by the first quarter 20, and we are still on the high seas ..
He said no more toxic loans, and here we go again: another crap in a period that should be full of positive news.
At this point, the impression he gave was that of being on the gas pipe: for a few pennies he was willing to sell off a good portion of the company, quietly ignoring the shareholders.
Moscato, in my part of the world, defines himself as a quaquaraqua: he talks too much, does little, does not keep his word.
The only way to regain confidence is to show concrete facts: peptides work, Ngio listing and, at this point, a new stock dividend to repay the old shareholders for the wrong suffered with this latest 8k.
