Re: Good to go #47980
It certainly seems that RLF-100 may be a valuable therapeutic. There are a number emerging and the world needs them. However, I believe based on my reading and Dr. Patterson's pre-print, even before encountering the posts of the deeply knowledgeable posters here, that Leronlimab is simply an immunomodulator/immune restoration miracle the likes of which medicine has never seen.
I know that is a big claim and tremendously hyperbolic, but it seems to be the case. I have gone round and round trying to poke holes in the Patterson pre-print without success. After seeing ohm20's list I have been looking at the many hundreds of RANTES articles in Nature. Mind blowing.
I think the news will be very good. I am not certain if the level of immune dysfunction is significant enough in m/m population to have spectacular results, but I would love to be proved wrong.
I believe that we are not at the point of when, not if, Cytodyn finally has its day.
