I agree 100% percent. If all those great things are to happen in the next 2-3 weeks and the stock price is expected to be higher why would Joe do a deal which is at give away price. This seems to be an attempt for the company to stay float for some more time till anything eventful happens. I don't see anything happen in the near future ( and I hate to be right!!)

Also why would one do all the selling if the great news is to come in next 2 weeks.. . why not wait till the stock goes up .....the deal , the selling nothing makes sense to me. I am struck with a huge loss and it feels like dejavu with this stock..

I am just hoping I am absolutely wrong and the something good happens.. but this is becoming a frustrating experience..
