I’m trying to find out some things before I decide to buy. I can’t find RLFTF on Edgar for SEC filings. Is it under a different name? Parent company Therametrics? I want to know if there’s an offering sitting on the shelf waiting to explode like ammonium nitrate in Beirut the second I buy in. Does anyone know? Can you link me to info regarding this? As far as reverse split, I’m assuming the shareholders would vote on that before it could take place? Thanks.
