I absolutely agree 100% with your view and observations. Hangout seems to be a secondary board for some to post on...most use this venue to "peep" and observe....without actively participating.
Sad but true.
Seems to me the one or two folks dicking with the pps are trying to entice sellers as evident by the activity we have seen since the revive filing posted. I am hoping its insider management who is behind this since there is no reason to be trading this at the current time without news....jmo.....unless foresight or insider knowledge is at play...again jmo....lots of shares just exchanging hands for no apparent current reason....unless????
