I agree completely that Cytodyn is essentially an existential threat to BPs. However, I believe that someone will flinch, just like a conspirator caving to save his own skin.
Cytodyn is the first mover on blocking the RANTES/CCR5 axis and whoever who joins will avoid being relegated to has-been status.
Just my opinion, but I believe someone will do the calculus and realize the value of hitching wagons. Nadar's move approaching UK should make it clear that Cytodyn is not afraid to step on toes even while operating within existing regulatory framework.
