Well, that only means that they are dumping the shares that they receive into the market, before they will execute on the next set of warrants, in order to stay below the 10% ownership threshold.

What I also do not like is that they are leaving us in the dark about the entire deal (no pr to announce it) and to inform us about what great things they are planning to do with these available funds.
Where is Joe's transparency towards us shareholders here?
