You guys want the truth? I think you all deserve it. So in regards to the science there is NO other molecule like leronlimab. No other CCR5 molecule ever developed can cross the blood brain barrier like leronlimab.
This makes its ability to block CCR5 better then anything else ever developed. The problem for BP is that normally a single approval for a small biotech company is no big deal bc BP is so huge and so whats one indication in a group in which they have players too. But with leronlimab one approval opens the flood gates bc then doctors can use the drug off label based on prior studies the fda is slow walking. There are so many indications for leronlimab and the kicker is it's side effects....there are none!!! Which means we (doctors) have nothing to lose by trying it off label based on smaller studies. Cancer, Nash, gvhd ect. And once people start getting well on leronlimab faster then anything else well then the flood gates open and BP losses billions upon billions. This is BP's fear and why they have hired the likes of AF, stat news ect and put pressure on fda to slow this thjng to a halt
