Unfortunately it is the cost of doing business with these types of investors. Generex knew what was going to happen when they were negotiating the deal. I suspect Joe felt like he had no choice because of the S-1 delay. I expect he thinks things will come together leading up to the CC's.

Today, I sent my fourth email to the SEC imploring them to get the Form EFFECT filed for Generex's S-1. This will allow Generex to tap into an additional 8 million $ of funding based on today's filing.
