Well rjs, there seems to be alot of accusations against Anson by a number of companies. Usually where there is smoke, there is fire. Afterall, we have a number of these great investors suing GNBT for breach of contract on their investments. So either all of them are wrong, or maybe Joe is not 100% correct in his thinking of these great deals.
