Sorry all, I'm on a roll and Joe is on the receiving end right now.
What gets me is we have several "accredited investors" on the board that are already knee deep in GNBT. Why not offer us this $2M deal? Give us the warrants. I could have bought $250K instead of the 1 investor. The way they are getting the money is $1M from 1 investor, $750K for another and $250K from the 3rd. Docj could have taken the $750K (wink). But give us the chance to help out stock out and opportunity to make more money like these funds. The funds are just going to sue us when Joe forgets something along the line. It has happened with every deal it seems.
But give us the right of first refusal to invest to get us over the hump. Right now, we can just buy shares that are already trading on the stock market. This does not help the company since the company does not get any of those trading transactions. This funding does help the company. I would have appreciated at least the offer to get shares at $0.39, plus fifteen thousand warrants (that's just a little of an exaggeration). Go ahead Joe, just step on my private parts a little more please.
