If you haven't done business in Mexico, then you wouldn't know that they have an 'unusual' way about them, to put it as kindly as I can. I have done business there, not to the extent of selling a world-class drug with spectacular science, but business, nonetheless, high six-figure range is all. That was twenty years ago. I don't know if anything's changed in that regard, but I doubt it.
