Yes agreed, but it is an update that might keep people happy for about 3 months. Bret also addressed the badgering that goes on from maybe well intention-ed investors that does not help us at all. At least it did not say it could take a year.
They other thing is he stated this is not a sure thing, it's still an investment with risk. I am holding on myself because I think it will pan out and also I've absorbed the cost of my investment so there is no sense selling for peanuts.
