So, we just got diluted about 6.5% for $2MM. And that is exactly what the bid/ask is showing... should be about 0.4225 vs yesterday’s close, which is currently the midpoint on the bid/ask. (Side note... interesting how that adjustment never happened when the share count DECREASED!).
My first thought was that this looks like an act of desperation, given Joe’s disdain for dilution. My next, more hopeful thought, is that Joe took this dilution hit to secure some risk-free funding that will bring us across a sort of “finish line” of funding in the near-term.
