If I go by their Reg-A filing i.e.
for raising $2.5m- That equates to $1.00/share
So many investors likely bought in just based on this since the filing is out.
If Kay and gang, go back to the SEC and try to change the numbers, investors can likely go and sue them.
When are we going to hear about FirsData and all other deals that these gangs are touting about for the past 3 years?
