On Twitter someone said "Nanologix Inc has a fast home test kit on the fast review program the FDA has; however it will take more than 1 year to get approved. Why is the gov stopping this technology to come out rapidly?"

Does anyone know 1) does it really take a year, and why does it, if all these other tests are moving more quickly and 2) is the govt really stopping it?
