Dr. Patterson, from most recent YouTube with Dr. Yo when asked what level of statistical significance will FDA require, replied quite peevishly that results are statistically significant or not. Dr Patterson has recurrently lambasted FDA and Fauci for observations of remdesivir “approaching” clinical significance.
IMO This is why proceeding to 195 patients for interior analysis is vital.
1. Those are the agreed upon terms.
2. Those are the numbers selected to demonstrate efficacy with statistical efficacy.
If results demonstrate efficacy it will be exceedingly difficult for FDA not to push leronlimab forward.
President Trump will not want to see the available leronlimab sold to everyone else in the world, guaranteed.
