Assuming you are correct and the FDA never provided DECN with the PRE EUA acknowledgement letter and serial number, why hasn't the SEC prosecuted DECN for deceiving investors in that April 7 Th. press release? What if anything was submitted to the FDA would be easily accessed by the SEC.
One other thing, could you explain why you put so much time and energy into this pursuit? Whats in it for you?
