Joe is aware and is very excited about the future of GNBT/NGIO. I suspect there is a reason we have back to back CC's in a timeline when we should have some Covid-19 data to review and the FDA's response to the vaccine Pre-IND.
As Joe has stated, he is in this to win. Remember how often he has said, being the first isn't as important as getting it right or being there at the finish.
I get the feeling as others have pointed out we'll know in a few weeks. What the PPS does between now and then I have no clue.
