I would guess they are. Plus, government bailout funds, patent litigation loans, revenues, etc. It doesn't appear that money's being spent on much, if anything, else - no marketing, no investor relations firm, no attendance at investors conferences to pitch the software, websites very outdated. Read again the last paragraph of the new offering, it appears to be a money grab.
