I thought GNBT sells some shares routinely to pay for services, or perhaps pays with shares and the vendor sells. However we have seen the share count go up consistently over the last year. I forget, but I think Joe denied GNBT selling shares, but I thought we saw it in their filings that they sell a few to pay bills.
