Reluctantly agree. I am not going to comment on the stock sale because it is complicated and the truth is I don’t think anybody really knows the truth. But with regard to his salary I thought a raise of that amount (and not just Nader) should have been conditional on meeting not all but any one of the following milestones:
1. Granted BLA for HIV.
2. Published peer review MOA in any credible journal.
3. Proof of efficacy for Covid.
If anyone of these milestones have been met I would be all for a raise but I’m sorry I know he’s well-intentioned and works very very hard but so did shareholders for the money they put into this company.
