Personally, with regards to all the covid partnership discussions, I'd much rather a buyout w/ a CVR to participate in the upside.

Investors are quick to see big dollar signs when they see or hear of a drug's potential, but often ignore the long, painful path one must take to hopefully get there. Execution risk is a big, big risk here.
