It's big news that states are buying rapid tests together for eachs own use. I've seen the story on CNN, and MSNBC snd the major news outlets all have it. There is nothing on their using any Health status reporting app although they all need one and all using the same one would be more efficient.
It's definitely possible more states will come on board and that negotiations are happening that would be premature to announce yet.
It's also interesting that the Rockefeller Foundation is involved as I have seen their name as one of the supporters of the Atlantic Council.
The only connection I see with any named state is that MIG USA is in North Carolina.
Are any of the states releasing statements yet on how they will do testing?
