They could also have designed it against Remdesivir or other drugs. Just keep them separate as Lero works best alone. Also, they mentioned using IV for the first dose in S/C to speed up the calming of the cytokine storm and minimize organ damage, so I wonder why they didn’t include the first dose as IV in the trial. (Not sure if that is possible in a clinical trial, but it was something THEY mentioned doing along with giving a 3rd dose for S/C. )
