I think they are having Generex and Nugenerex cc’s on successive days because they are now beginning to operate as distinctive corporate entities, with very different objectives and very different challenges, sailing off in different directions. I think that the next three weeks will yield important events in they respective corporate journeys. In addition to word that week on the Nugenerex spin-out, I would not be surprised if Joe doesn’t introduce a new CEO for Nugenerex. I doubt that he can effectively continue to function as CEO for both enterprises once the spinout occurs. Any guesses on candidates for the top spot at Nugenerex?
