One of the mysteries of the universe is what marketing George Waller does that merits his salary of $350K per year. I'm unaware of any that's currently out there, no ongoing campaigns of any sort.

Maybe he markets to channel partners? Or helps them with their marketing? Could be, although they're not really bringing home the bacon so far. I know I've heard that everyone there does everything, but if his title is Director of Marketing, where's the marketing?

I guess when there's no accountability, there's no accountability. If he is doing great stuff behind the scenes, Mr Kay should let him come out and take a bow.
