I don't think they have anything loaded in the chamber quite yet.
I believe they are just really optimistic about what the results of the peptide testing will be, and the response from the FDA in regards to Pre-IND and Phase I/II trials.
If they do get good news on those fronts AND S-1's executable around the time of the CC, they certainly would have something worth taking a victory lap style CC on.
Possible, but I won't be holding my breath just yet.
