The fact that the PR specifically mentions the 'planned closing of two additional funding vehicles in the near future' is pretty significant.
What are these funding vehicles that they are now saying they are planning on closing? Is BARDA now becoming a done deal? Did they hear something? Did they hear something from Canada? As far as I know, these were the only two they had opened.
