Yep, I know what you mean. I was feeling the same way many months ago buying shares of you know who at 28 cents. Many of the long term holders were freaking out a bit. Even Saltz(from IHub), the longest of longs was getting on edge. Things worked out well there for most(sorry tc). Hopefully we will be in a similar position soon.

One reason the CC transcript is not posted may be because negotiations are taking place and one of the parties involved might be part of a government that prefers business be done quietly until a deal is done. In fact once the deal is agreed upon the details continue to evolve. That is their custom and been the way business has been done for thousands of years. Maybe we will find out more by month's end.
