and to answer your question james, the money is made up and the points don't matter. unlike with Todos, where dilution was a concern, it doesn't matter how the sausage is made, so long as they make the sausage. If a whole bunch of people want to come together, they can do it however they want, so long as it increases the odds of us getting that $100M. That news substantially increases the odds they can make good on that.
