I hate to have to say this... but the devil is in the details. And, once again, they can’t even get the details correct in their own PR. The headline says 9:30 for the call, and the body says 9:00.
Also, here’s a chance to clear up the Form 10 issue once and for all. Instead of saying the Form 10 is accepted, he says the Form 10 is filed. Another mistake, of is the Form 10 still not accepted?
I’m sure someone will give me grief about this post, but this kind of stuff is emblematic of why we are where we are.
