Yes, I do agree, that this hunch is at least weakened based on the info from Todd about not having received any communication from BARDA.
It would be one thing, to not publicly communicate the (potential) fact that GNBT has received a denial letter from BARDA, but something entire else, if GNBT's IR manager would lie straight into an investors face (figure of speech), when explicitely asked about the BARDA application.
So I am not able to believe that Todd did flat out lie to an investor about it, which in turn means, GNBT is still in the race for BARDA funding.
