I think they will issue all LAHO shareholders certs for MSSV shares with the details of the conversion at that time. The deadline for the conversion is Aug. 14th or close to that date.
Remember, all the powers that be have relatives that have LAHO common shares. So whatever deal they gives us, good bad or in-between, their relatives get the same deal.
