I’m not a medical person but is it possible that because leronlimab is not a anti virus drug and only allows the immune system to calm down and do its job that the immune system is building more antibodies because it is simply able to focus on the virus? Maybe even patients with very mild symptoms don’t get the full attention from their immune system to develop the antibodies? I do remember that as the trials were going on that they were seeing more MOA than what they thought.
