Thanks doc. I have seen a lot of flow charts, this one is meticulous. The pdf (file) slide show takes on the form of an investment presentation. The file name includes a time stamp 7/16/20 and the SEC filing of the completed Oasis deal was 7/20/20 https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/18045...form8k.htm. Draw your own conclusions. The fact that you obtained the file Saturday, leads me to believe that it is no longer confidential. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is an EXHIBIT 99 attached to the upcoming NGIO S1 (tomorrow?).
